Abstract submission and Registration
To submit an abstract for evaluation, please follow the instructions below.
To only register as participant, please follow the instructions of Phase 4 “Finalize your registration”.

Prepare your abstract
To ensure consistency across our proceedings, all authors are required to prepare their abstracts in English using our official template. Please download the Word file below:
Submissions that do not follow the formatting guidelines may be returned for revision.

Submit your abstract
To submit your abstract, please use the official submission portal. Ensure that all contributions are original and relevant to the conference topics. Only Word files are accepted.
In this form you can express a preference for your contribution (oral presentation or poster).
The deadline for submissions is 31st December, 2026.
3.
Wait for the results of the evaluation
Your abstract will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee and, in case of acceptance, you will receive a feedback with the type of assigned contribution (oral or poster) and other detailed instructions. If accepted, your contribution will be inserted in Conference Proceedings available online at the end of the event.
